O. Palmer' of Cambridge from lustrous heavyweight, fairly stiff plush or long pile velvet fabric in a mid Prussian blue colour. They have a full width front panel which fastens with 4 stamped buttons to the high rise waistband, 2 front pockets, fishtail back & braces buttons; trimmed at the hem with gold bullion braid and a fringed mock garter, they fasten below the knee
