Amazing Vintage 1940s Dress Drapey Gold Rayon Jersey Celanese Type UK S/M breeks lovely 'Lightning' zip-fastened front cashA really fabulous & very rare vintage 1940s dress made from a fine knit, slightly stretchy, slinky rayon jersey type fabric (possibly Celanese but not labelled as such) in a light gold colour. Cut in a dramatic style, with a plunging neckline, pleated, draped & gathered bodice, elbow length sleeves with darts towards the cuffs & darted, supported heads, skirt with gathered hip panels & gathered centre panel to simulate a draped sash, & self tie belt
