Managed by Stefan Frey, and his sons Philipp and Christopher, the estate consists of 23 hectares of vines planted to a handful of varieties. Spread over 20 km from north to south, the estates holdings represent numerous soil types and microclimates. Since 2013, all of their vineyards have been farmed organically. Producing only 15,000 cases
