The Phase III is the model made famous by Kurt Cobain (those people saying Phase I or II are "Cobain guitars" are wrong). Very nice at 46 years old though it does have its share of wear marks (see pics). Overall still looks great. Frets are in good condition. Really a nice playing guitar.
