We recommend this grip for gymnasts that are under 32kg or below level 7 in ability. For gymnasts with a body weight between 32kg and 155kg, we recommend the Hot Shots with a leather cuff. The regular Hot Shot is designed with a narrow palm made from a lightweight leather that allows for easier break in.
